High Chief Jerome Green-Amakwe, the Special Advisor to the Abia State Governor in matters of Investment Promotion and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), has stated that the upcoming Abia-Turkiye Investment Summit and Product Exhibition will boost trade between Abia and Turkey and significantly enhance the state's economic development.

During a meeting he convened with the Speaker and representatives of the Abia State House Assembly in Umuahia on Wednesday, Green-Amakwe argued that, as a developed economy with technological proficiency, collaborating with the Turkish Government could generate employment prospects and highlight additional economic strengths of Abia State.

The State's Financial Advisor visited the Abia Assembly to request the lawmakers' support in working with the state government to ensure the summit in Umuahia, the capital city, is a success.
